These Shipping Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of shipping and logistics services provided by System 365 (hereinafter "System 365," "we," "us," or "our"), operating at 1050 W 35th St, Chicago, IL 60609, United States. By tendering a shipment to System 365, you accept these Terms in full.
System 365 provides intercity mail, parcel, express, overnight, and freight delivery services across all 48 contiguous United States. Services to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and international destinations may be available on a case-by-case basis — contact us for availability and pricing.

The following items are strictly prohibited from all System 365 shipments:
Shipments found to contain prohibited items will be refused, returned at the sender's expense, or reported to appropriate authorities as required by law.
Rates are calculated based on service level, actual weight or dimensional weight (whichever is greater), and delivery zone. Dimensional weight is calculated as: (Length × Width × Height in inches) ÷ 139.
A fuel surcharge of 9% is applied to all shipments. This rate is subject to review and may change with 14 days' notice.
Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed unless the Overnight Priority service with explicit guarantee is selected and confirmed in writing. Delivery timelines are based on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays).
All items must be properly packed for safe transport. System 365 is not liable for damage to items insufficiently packed. Guidelines:
Basic liability coverage of $100 is included with all shipments. Additional coverage may be purchased up to $10,000 per shipment. System 365's maximum liability shall not exceed the declared value of the shipment.
Claims for loss or damage must be filed in writing within 30 calendar days of the scheduled delivery date. Claims must include proof of value, photographs of damage (if applicable), and original packaging materials for inspection. Claims are processed within 10–15 business days.
All shipments include a unique tracking number accessible via system365mail.com. Proof of delivery (including electronic signature where applicable) is retained for 180 days from delivery date and available upon request.
If a shipment cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, recipient refusal, or inaccessible location, System 365 will attempt delivery twice before returning the shipment. Return shipping is billed at the same rate as the original service. Unclaimed shipments are held for 14 business days before disposal.
For Overnight Priority shipments with a confirmed guarantee, if System 365 fails to deliver by the guaranteed time and the delay is due to System 365's error (not weather, acts of God, or third-party causes), we will refund the shipping charge upon request. This constitutes the sole remedy for service failure.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts of competent jurisdiction in Cook County, Illinois.
System 365 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted at system365mail.com/terms.html with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
